
In the name of God amen. I Thos. H. Prather of the County of Vennango Alligani Township and state of Pennsylvania -- Considering the uncertainty of this mortail life and being of sound and perfict mind and memory blesed be the Almighty God for the same Do make and publish this my last will and Testament in maner and form following that is to say first I give my sole to God that give it and my mortel body to the arth to be beried in a Christen like maner as my Executrix thinkes fit.
I give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Elisabeth Prather all the track of land that I own in Huntingdon County and all the moovable property and all the debts due me and my loving wife to receive the rents of Huntingdon track while she lives a Widow and after her Widowhud Huntingdon track to be sold for her to will it to any one of my Children or divid it amonst them as she pleses Except what is hereafter mentioned.
To my son Henry one Doller
my Daughter Sally one Doller
my Daughter Ruhamy one Doller
my son Abraham one Doller
my Daughter Rebeckah one Doller
my son Thos. Hicks All the track of land on the Allagani River that I purched of Judge Peters and Compiny my loving wife Receving the rent of it her Widowhud and I allow my son Thos. Hicks five Hundred Dollers out of the first payment of Huntingdon track of land Thos. Hicks to have the lot in franklin No. 115 in lot. Thos. Hicks to have the second Chois of my horses.
To my son Robert one Doller
My loving Wife not to leas nether of the above tracks of land for more then one year at one time
My Executrix to pay all my Just Debts.
Lastly as to the rest Residue and remainder of my personal estate goods and Chatels of what nature soever I give and bequeath the same to my beloved Wife Elisabeth. Whome I appoint my Executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. For Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal his twenty sect May in the year of our LORD one thousand Eight hundred and fifteen.
