
Know all men by these presents that I Susan J. Dumars of the Borough of Union City in the county of Erie and state of Pennsylvania, considering the uncertainty of this life and being of sound mind and memory do make and declare and publish this my last will and testament.
1st - I give and bequeath unto Catharine St. John a portion of my household goods as follows: one set of dishes, one cupboard, two pillows on feather bed, one bedstead. I also give devise and bequeath to her the said Catharine St. John the following described real estate vis all that certain piece of parcel of land situate in the township of Union, county of Erie, state of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows to wit:
2nd- (Beginning at the Northwest corner of land of Mrs. Chamberlain in the centre of the public road leading from the Smiley road West, past E. Graves land and running thence North 86 degrees West nine perches and six and one half feet to notches in fence panel or picket - thence south one degree, West thirty eight perches to a post near B. B. Ryerson's shop, thence North along 41 degrees East nine perches and fourteen and one half feet to said Mrs. Chamberlain's land. Thence north along the west line of the same thirty two and a half perches to the place of beginning containing two acres of land net measure. Being land conveyed by Luther B. Ryerson and Isabella B. Ryerson to Susan J. Dumars by Deed bearing date Thirteenth day of August A.D. 1884 and recorded in the Recorders office Erie County, State of Pennsylvania in Deed Book no 81 page 62 to have and hold the said tract of land above described to her and her heirs and assigns forever.
3rd- I give devise and bequeath Mamie St. John a couch, one set of lace curtains, one Brussels carpet, two pillows, one featherbed, one bedsted. To have and to hold the same for her own use and benefit.
4th - I give, devise, and bequeath Bertha St. John one fall leaf table, one Beauro, one large looking glass, one ingrave carpet to have and to hold the same for her own use and benefit.
I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint Warren St. John of Union Township, Erie county and state of Pennsylvania executors of this my will hereby revoking and making void all former and other wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my last will and testament.
