
Be it remembered that I Samuel J. Crunkelton of the Township of Antrim, County of Franklin and State of Pennsylvania being of Sound mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore make publish and declare this to be my last will and testament. That is to say.
First, after allmy lawful debts are paid and discharged, the residue of my Estate, Real and personal, I give bequeath and dispose of as follows to wit: To my beloved wife Mary I give and bequeath the Sum of Fifteen hundred dollars. Said amount to be paid her in addition to what she will be entitled to receive under the Intestate laws of Pennsylvania. The balance of my Estate wheather real, personal, or mixed, I allow to be divided under and according to the Intestate laws of the State of Penna. And I do hereby constitute and appoint my Son James S. Crunkelton, and my friend John Rowe Executors of this my last will & Testament, revoking all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fourth day of September A.D. one thousand Eight hundred and sixty-three.

The above written Instrument was Subscribed by the Said Samuel J. Crunkelton, in our presence, and acknowledged by him to us, and he at the Same time published and declared the Same to be his last will and Testament, and we at the Testators request, and in his presence, and the presence of each other have Signed our names as witnesses hereto.

has thereunto subscribed his name, and affixed his Seal, was at the time
of so doing, and now is Register for the Probate of wills & granting
letters of administration, in and for the County of Franklin, duly
commissioned and qualified to all whose acts as such full faith and
credit are and ought to be given, as well in Courts of Judicature as
elswhere, and that the Said certificate is in due form of law and made
by the proper Office.

It is thereupon ordered and directed by the Court here this 6th day of September A.D. 1864 that Said last Will and Testament as aforesaid be and the Same is hereby admitted to record in this Court.
