Last Will and Testament of Robert Crunkelton

In the Name of God Amen I Robert Crunkelton of Antrim Township Cumberland County and state of Pennsylvania being of sound memory blessed be God Do this Day make and publish this my last Will and testament in manner following that is first I Give to my Son Robert the one third Share in quantity of my old track of Land partly at the north end bounded partly by the widow Prater's land to the north alowing him one Rod broad along Henery Polling line to my late purchased track Extending two Rod past the corner of my late track for a Road to his part of said track and also I give to my said son Robert the one third share in quantity of my late purchased track of land toward the north end of said track the one third share of both the afore mentioned tracks I give to my afore said son Robert to him his heirs and assigns forever and also I give to son Joseph to him his heirs and assigns forever the one third share in quatity in the midle of my old track of land and the one third share in quantity in the midle of my late track of land to him his heirs and assigns for ever and if in case in the Devition of said lands that my son Joseph hath not a suficent Road to his part of my late track I do in that case give him one Road of land in Branth off my son Samuel my afore said son Joseph making him suficient satisfaction in land else where and also I give to my son Samuel the one third share in quantity towards the south and ajoining Henery ???? land of my late track the one third share of both these tracks I give to my son Samuel to him his heirs and assigns forever and moreover do hereby will and alow that the line Betwixt my son Joseph and my son Samuel shall Run about thirty two Rod on the north siding the Run along the fence reanging with the stones and parts w???dy ????????? lake???? two springs one on the north the other on the south side of the run and that my son Joseph shall have the same quantity of land off my son Samuel extending along the line of his share of my old track 1/2 of the ???????? forward of ?? and also I give to my loving Wife Margret yearly the sum of twenty pounds hard money During her naturel life to be paid by my three sons Joseph Robert and Samuel Each of them paying a Equal share yearly after my decaw and I give to to my aforesaid Wife the front Room in the East and of my Dwelling house with partly the prevelege of the kitchen and ???? alowing her the prevlege of water and fire wood during her naturel life making no abuse of Base & Bulding timber and also I give my ward wife her choice one of my horses two of my cows with the best Bed and furniture in my house With all my ???? my best pot and the one forth of my garden the room garding Celler water and firewood to continue During her naturel life and also I give to my Six Daughters viz. Rebeccah Mary Martha Susanna Elisabeth Sara to Each of them the sum of Sixty pounds of hard money the one half to Be paid in a full year and the other half in two full years after my Decase and if any of my Daughter be removed by Death before my deseace that in that case give to their children an equal share of said sixty pounds and that I my son Joseph pay to Martha and Elisabeth to Each of them the sum of Sixty pounds specia as aforesaid and my son Robert shal pay Rebecca Miller & Sarah McCutchen to Each of them the sum of Sixty pounds as aforesaid and also my son Samuel shall pay to my daughters Mary and Susan to Each of them the sum of Sixty pounds as aforesaid - the aforementioned same shall be paid by my aforesaid sons in Considreation of said lands given to them and if any of my ??? shall neglect or refute to make such payment to my Daughters --- that their lands --- neglecting or Refuseing shall be Rented till payment ....
