
In the name of God Amen. I Mary Prather of Montgomery County in the State of Maryland, in A poor state of helth but a sound and disposing mind and memory do make and constitute this my last Will & Testament revoking all others as heretofore this fourth day of August Eighteen hundred & five.
Item. I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Eleanor Craycraft One bed & furniture one womans saddle and One Spinning wheele My will and desire is that she shall receive one moiter or half part of the money due me from my son William Prather; which appears on his bond dated the 13th of October 1803. A Ballance due me of Sixty two pounds Eight shillings U.K.
Item. I give and bequeath to my son John Prather the other half part or moiter of the aforesaid Bond to him and his heirs for ever.
My will and desire is that my funeral expenses shall be paid swiftly by my Daughter Eleanor Craycraft and my son John Prather. In testimony whereof I have set my hand and affixed my seal this day and year above written.
