
I, Margaret A. Fogle, residing at Tionesta Street, near Profile Ave., in the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny, and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make, declare and publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills made by me at any time heretofore.
FIRST: I direct that after my demise my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND: After payment of my funeral expenses and all just debts, I give devise and bequeath to my children hereinafter named all my property, real, personal, or of whatsoever kind, and where-so-ever found, to be divided equally among them, each to have share and share alike. Such distribution to be made among my children as hereinafter named.
THIRD: I hereby appoing, nominate, and constitute Charles J. Fogle, to be executor of this my last Will and Testament.
In Witness whereof I, Margaret A. Fogle, the Testatrix above named, to this my last Will and Testament have hereonto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, this 12th day of March A.D. 1918.
