Last Will and Testament of Margret Crunkelton

In the Name of God Amen I margret Crunkelton of Antrim Township County of Franklin & Province of Pennsylvania wake in Body, but of sound Memory Blessed be God do this Fourth day of March in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred and Ninety one, Make and publish this my Last will and Testament in Manner following, that is to say, first it is my will that all my just Debts and funeral Expenses be paid and discharged.

I give and bequeath unto my five Daughters Rebecca Millar Mary Crucks Marthey Finny Elizabeth Prater and Sarah McCutchin all my Goods Chattles Creadits and Estate that is Belonging to me in anyway to be Equilly Devided so that the may Share and Share alike

and finaly I do Nominate Constitute and Appoint James Crucks Allexander McCutchin to be the whole and sole Executors of this my Last will and Testament in Witness and Testomony whereof I have hereof set my hand and seal the Day and year above Written.

On the Seventeenth day of March 1791 Elias Davison and Robert McCutchen the witnesses to the written ???? app. before me the ???????? and on their Solemn Oath doth say that they saw personally ?????? and saw and heard Margaret Crunkleton within mentioned decd. Acknowledge and publish the within writing ?? and for her last will and Testament and that at the time of the doing thereof ??? ??? saw Margaret was of sound and disposing mind memory & understanding according to the best of their knowledge & belief - that they ???? signed ????? is of their own hands writing done at the same time.
