Last Will and Testament of Henry J. Wilkins

In the name of God Amen.

I Henry J. Wilkins being of sound mind and memory but weak in body and considering the uncertainty of this life do therefore make publish ordain and declare this to be my last will and Testament that is first after all my legal debts are paid and discharged

I will and bequeath to my beloved wife the use of all my real Estate for the support of herself and my children until my youngest child becomes of age at which time

I will and bequeath to my son Ira Wilkins one half of all my real estate the remainder of my real estate I will and bequeath to my two daughters to be equally divided when the youngest becomes of age share & share alike nevertheless my wife shall have her support from the use or income of my real estate during her natural life and further

I will and bequeath all my personal property for the payment of my debts and for the use of my family and I hereby appoint my Brother Charles Wilkins Executor of this my last will and testament & in case of his decease before the execution of this will I hereby appoint Mark Wilkins Executor in his stead.

Before me, Register of Will, &c., in and for said County, personally came William B. Taylor and Mark Wilkins the subscribing witnesses to the annexed instrument in writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Henry Wilkins late of Bloomfield Township deceased, who, upon their oaths, say, that they were personally present at the execution of the annexed Instrument, and saw the said Henry Wilkins sign the same as and for his Last Will and Testament; that they signed the same as witnesses, at his request, in his presence, and in the presence of each other; at which time the said Testator was of sound and disposing mind, as they verily believe.
