I, Eva O. Kiffer, of Hickory Township, Forest County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament, hereby revoking and making null and void any and all wills and testaments, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore made, in words following, that is to say:
First: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my executrix out of the carpus of my my estate as soon as my be after my decease.
Second: I direct that all succession and inheritance taxes which may be levied or assessed against my estate be fully paid by my executrix out of my estate, and such payments shall not be charged to any beneficiary or devisee named herein.
Third: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, wherever situate, of which I may die seized or possessed, I give, devise and bequeath unto my daughter, Zelma Littlefield, and to her heirs and assigns forever.
Fourth: I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter Zelma Littlefield, executrix of this my last will and testament.
In Witness Whereof, I, Eva O. Kiffer, the testatrix, have set my hand and seal to this my last will and testament, written on this one page, this 12th day of November, Anno Domini one thousand nine hundred fifty three.
