Union City, Pa.
October 10, 1914.
I, Charles Wilkins, do hereiin declair [sic] my last will and testament.
From money on hand and at interest, all debts and obligations are to be paid, including my note to my daughter,Carrie, for twelve hundred dollars, given Oct.8,1914.
All the remainder and residue of my personal property of all kinds,I bequeath to my son John.
To him I also give during his life time the full and free use of my farm. And should his wife,Corena, survive him,she is to enjoy the same rights. At their death the estate is to be divided equally among my sons heirs.
I would further provide, that my son my not sell, trade or alienate his life lease without the consent of my executor
Because of my confidence in the judgment and integrity of Albert Smith,I appoint him executor, without bond,to have continuous authority until the estate is finally settled up.
Should Mr.Smith become disqualified or die before my son ... appoint an executor to act in his place.
Signed. Charles Wilkins
